1.5 We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action—including suspension or termination of your account—for any violation of these T&Cs.

1.6 You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and associated rules.

2. Payments

2.1 You may make payments on the Site for purchasing products listed by I Wish Decor.

2.3 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways that support major payment instruments, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking. All transactions are subject to the payment gateway’s respective terms.

3. Exclusions & Limitation of Liability

4. Refunds & Returns

4.1 Payments made on the I Wish website are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

4.2 Refund will be permitted only in cases of proven defect, damage, or error attributable to I Wish Decor.

4.3 Items must be reported as defective or damaged within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received beyond this window may not be eligible.

4.4 I Wish Decor reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is applicable.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved via arbitration as per Indian law.
Failing arbitration, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR.
