The prices shown on the I Wish website represent the final price of the product. These prices include all applicable local taxes within India. Additional taxes or charges may apply depending on your delivery destination.

The tax rate applied to your order will be based on the delivery address. I Wish reserves the right to collect any additional duties, levies, or surcharges required for shipping to your location. Delivery or postal charges may apply where necessary.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY I WISH

Under unavoidable circumstances, orders that have been successfully placed may still be cancelled or delayed.

I Wish reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Limited product availability
  • Inaccurate pricing or product information
  • Issues detected by the payment gateway or fraud prevention teams
  • Quality concerns or defects
  • Missing or insufficient information required for verification

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEE

Shipping and processing charges apply to all orders where applicable. These charges cover the cost of packing, handling, and delivering your product.

DELIVERY

I Wish aims to deliver your products within the estimated time frame mentioned during checkout. However, delivery timelines may vary due to logistics constraints.

  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 6–9 working days.
  • International orders (if applicable) may take 10–15 working days.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.

If you fail to accept the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

LOSS IN TRANSIT

While I Wish partners with trusted courier services, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against transit delays or losses. In case of a failed delivery or lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
