Refund Policy

Exchanges

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with tags, labels, and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

Once approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package.

Reverse Pickup:
If you choose a reverse pickup, the reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your replacement value. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

First Exchange Shipping:
Shipping for the first exchange is covered by I Wish Decor.
Any additional exchanges will incur shipping charges borne by the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it.
Damage does not include minor variations in color, texture, or design.

Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged or returned, including:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Items purchased during the final sale

  • Used or washed products

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have (after approval) and place a fresh order for the new item.

Cancellations

Orders (except customised items) can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If delivery attempts fail three times, the order is returned to our warehouse.
For prepaid orders, we can process:

  • Exchange,

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund (after deducting shipping charges).

Refunds or store credit will be issued only after the product is received and inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll inform you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
